We are looking for an experienced and friendly Housekeeping Supervisor who has an exceptional eye for detail and delivers flawless service to join our team.
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient housekeeping operations up to hotel brand standards, providing excellent guest experiences, and achieving 100% guest satisfaction.
Your key duties will include:
1. Allocating work duties to team members.
2. Performing routine inspections of rooms, service areas, store rooms, and corridors.
3. Reporting and logging any maintenance defects found in rooms and assigned areas.
4. Managing stock control and the maintenance of equipment efficiently.
5. Assisting in monitoring and controlling housekeeping procedures, including lost and found, key control, security, and emergency procedures.
Personal qualities
Along with previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role, you should have a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional level of guest service, a charismatic personality, and good communication and organizational skills. A can-do attitude and flexibility in responding to different guest requests and situations are essential. A good command of the English language is required.
