Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Corporate Solicitor, based in Stockport, responsible for providing legal support, advice, and representation on various corporate matters. Key tasks include handling mergers and acquisitions, drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on corporate governance, and assisting with compliance issues.
Qualifications
* Qualified Corporate Solicitor with 5+ years PQE.
* Experience and enjoyment of working with local business owner clients.
