Security Officer
Location: Unilever 100VE, 100 Victoria Embankment, London EC4Y 0DY
Working Pattern: Sunday to Thursday (Night Shifts)
Hours: 42 per week
Rate of Pay: £15.92 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Job Introduction
We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Security Officer to join our team at the high-profile Unilever 100VE site. This is a vital role within the security operation, focused on delivering a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all staff and visitors during night shifts.
Main Responsibilities
* Maintain a visible security presence and conduct routine patrols
* Manage access control procedures, including visitor sign-in and ID verification
* Monitor CCTV, alarms, and other security systems
* Respond swiftly to incidents, emergencies, and evacuations
* Complete accurate reports, logs, and shift handovers
* Work as part of a professional team within a corporate environment
Ideal Candidate
* Valid SIA Licence (essential)
* First Aid Certification (essential)
* Smart, professional appearance and excellent communication skills
* Calm, alert, and dependable under pressure
* Flexibility to work night shifts, Sunday to Thursday
* Desirable: Previous corporate or office-based security experience
* Desirable: Fire Marshal certification or CCTV Licence
