Location: Designate Role – willing to travel to a variety of stores
Hours per week: 39 hours
Shift pattern: Full-time – flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, to be discussed further at interview
Salary: Up to £33,200 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
Seniority level: Mid-senior level

Responsibilities
* Ensure store standards are maintained and audit processes are followed.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales standards across the high street.
* Act as a local celebrity, supporting neighbouring stores as business needs arise.

Qualifications
* Valid driver’s licence
* Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
* Ability to thrive in a rewarding, fast‑paced environment
* Strong customer focus and leadership skills
