The start date for this role is 6 October 2025.
Responsibilities
* You’ll guide customers through each stage of the insurance claims process.
* You’ll assess and process claims under Travel Guard policy terms and conditions.
* You’ll liaise with customers, medical professionals and service providers to gather necessary documentation.
* You’ll communicate claim decisions clearly and compassionately.
* You’ll work towards targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve business objectives.
What we are looking for
* You’ll have previous experience in insurance claims or experience within Financial Services / Complaints.
* You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* You’ll have the ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload to meet targets and deadlines.
* You’ll have excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
* You’ll be a great problem solver with good investigative skills.
