The Role
As Patient Administration Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the administration function across several local sites. You’ll ensure that clinics and theatres are optimised, patient pathways are well managed, and the team deliver an exceptional level of customer service.
Working closely with clinical and operational leaders, you’ll manage resources, performance, and reporting, driving efficiency and supporting the wider business objectives.
Key Responsibilities include:

Leading and developing a team of administrators and receptionists

Managing clinic and theatre schedules in line with patient demand
*
Overseeing waiting lists, referrals, and performance reporting
*
Ensuring accuracy and compliance across patient records and data systems
*
Handling patient communications and resolving queries or complaints
*
Supporting new service development initiatives and continuous improvement projects
About You
You’ll be an experienced people manager with strong organisational and communication skills. You’ll bring confidence, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Proven experience managing administrative or operational teams (healthcare experience desirable)
