About the Role As Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day production and driving continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. Your focus will be on developing and refining processes that ensure product quality, operational efficiency, and on-time delivery.
You’ll work closely with production, design, and quality teams to ensure our manufacturing systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. From troubleshooting immediate production issues to leading long-term process improvements, your work will be essential to maintaining high performance and enabling innovation on the shop floor.

Design and implement production aids (e.g. tools, jigs, fixtures) to improve assembly efficiency and consistency.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure manufacturing operations comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Support the investigation of non-conformances, performing root cause analysis and implementing CAPA.
Apply tools to monitor, analyse, and enhance product and process quality.
Support internal and external audits by preparing accurate process documentation and quality records.
Lead or participate in lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and enhance stability.
Use data-driven tools to identify and deliver process improvement opportunities.
Train and mentor production staff on updated processes and quality standards.
Support new product introductions and process changes, ensuring a smooth transition into manufacturing.
Participate in R&D and design reviews to ensure new designs are manufacturing-ready.
Collaborate with the Project Management team to help deliver manufacturing-related project goals.
Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
~3+ years in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in a regulated or high-precision environment.
~ Proficient in 3D CAD and familiar with manufacturing ERP systems.
~ Solid understanding of Lean manufacturing, DfM/DfA, and ISO 9001.
~ Knowledge of key manufacturing processes (e.g. machining, injection molding, PCB assembly).
~ Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
