We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to lead and manage our service. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a positive, supportive culture for staff and service users alike.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strong leadership and management to the care team.
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all relevant legislation.
* Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding processes.
* Monitor and maintain high standards of care delivery.
* Recruit, train, and develop staff, promoting a culture of excellence.
* Manage budgets and resources effectively.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, staff, and external professionals.
Requirements
* Must be a Registered Manager with CQC or eligible to register.
* Relevant management qualification (Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care).
* Proven experience in a management role within health and social care.
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice standards.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
* Passionate about delivering person-centered care and driving continuous improvement.
