EXPECTATIONS
The primary mission is to deliver Overwhelming Service. A Venue Manager is expected to be a good humoured winner who loves people. The Venue Manager works in service shoulder to shoulder with the team, showing the way. Making sure the team grows, delivers and is focused on the right thing at the right time. With full insight and knowledge on team costs, direct costs and other costs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Fully responsible for your Boulebar’s profit, loss and quality numbers
* Recruit, schedule and educate across all guilds (Pétanque, Bar, Service and Kitchen)
* You are responsible for your team’s development through daily guiding, overall inspiration and development tasks/goals
* You will be present at your Boulebar by working in service. Here you can coach your team while identifying their strengths and weaknesses
* You are responsible for the whole venue
* You participate in the weekly meetings with your management team.
* You are a Teamplayer - You help out! It may happen that you get to help in other areas or functions of the business if there is a need

* You have deep restaurant and service knowledge
* You have an eye for detail and seeing things from the guest’s perspective
* You have deep knowledge of our products and how to sell and serve
* You are a master at schedule, hours & pace
* You have good knowledge about how Boulebar works, business principles, organisation, tools, brand and product

A Venue Manager reports to the Area General Manager.
