The Role The Head of Science will: * Provide visionary leadership and management for the Science department (covering Biology, Chemistry, and Physics). * Lead on curriculum development, assessment, and enrichment initiatives across all key stages. * Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning, ensuring consistently high standards. * Lead, motivate, and develop a team of dedicated Science teachers, including performance management. * Utilise data effectively to drive student progress and implement targeted interventions.
