The Repairs Team Leader Role
The Repairs Team Leader role involves managing a team of approximately 10 Multi Trade Operatives, ensuring they carry out timely and quality repairs in our residential properties while delivering excellent customer service.
About You
As our Repairs Team Leader, you will demonstrate the potential to successfully lead and motivate your team to achieve targets. You should be ambitious, determined, proactive, positive, and customer-focused.
You will oversee daily supervision and quality assurance of repair work, providing technical guidance to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely. A good understanding of Awaabs Law is essential.
This is a great opportunity for someone currently in a supervisory role or looking to progress into first-line management.

Location and Travel
You will be based in Bath but will travel around Bath, Bristol, and surrounding areas.
