About the Role We are seeking an experienced and resilient Turnaround Supportive Living Manager to lead a 7-bedded supported living service in Barnet. This service supports adults with: * Learning Disabilities * Physical Disabilities * Mental Health Needs * Acquired Brain Injuries This is a hands-on turnaround role requiring a strong leader who can stabilise, restructure, and drive service improvements while embedding a positive, person-centred culture.
