Support worker

Job Description:

VP are looking forSupport Workers to work with our client in the NG5 area. (Due to our client social needs, shift locations may vary between the NG5 and NG18 area.)

We are looking for Highly motivated, skilled and reliable, experienced support workers to support our client withCerebral Palsy and ADHD. Our Male client requires 24/7 support on a 1-1 Basis.

Ad Hoc hours vary due to the client having a directly recruited team in place.

Requirements:

* Must meet a specific level of competence or knowledge.
* Driver license (Required)
* Excellent communication skills
* Must be eligible to live and work in the UK(sponsors are not available).
* Caring, patient and empathetic nature

Your role would include:

support with all areas of daily living, including:

1. Personal Care
2. Administration of Medication
3. Preparing meals and assistance with feeding
4. Domestic tasks around the home
5. Accessing the community
