See a Different World. Where potential is seen and progress is nurtured. At Securitas, we are seeking a Programme Director to lead the UK-wide development of our Programme Management Office (PMO).
This is a rare opportunity to be at the forefront of building a new function from the ground up, really getting stuck into Securitas growth and transformation. As our new Programme Director (UK), you will be a strategic yet hands-on leader who can set the foundations, drive delivery, and shape a high-performing PMO that delivers measurable impact. From day one, you will take ownership of major programme initiatives, lead key transformation projects, and establish a robust, future-ready function that supports our most critical business objectives.
Responsibilities
* Define and embed PMO best practices, governance, and controls to maximise value and ROI.
* Lead and inspire a dedicated team while working closely with senior stakeholders.
* Balance long-term strategic vision with day-one, hands-on delivery to ensure success.
* Drive consistency, efficiency, and innovation across a UK-wide security transformation.
* Align programme activities with the client’s project management framework.
* Oversee efficient and effective project delivery in line with Securitas’ strategic objectives.
* Provide strategic transformation guidance to the Global Account Director.
* Lead planning, execution, and successful delivery of the security transformation programme.
* Manage client and project teams, mitigate risks, and report to the Global Programme Director.
* Contribute to the Project Review Board and oversee Dependencies, Assumptions, Risks, Exclusions, Opportunities, and Costs (DAREOC).
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Lead and inspire a diverse team while fostering strong client relationships.
* Align security solutions with client needs and risk profiles.
* Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment.
* Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
* Deliver data-driven insights through reports and dashboards.
* Assess risks, conduct feasibility studies, and support change management initiatives.
* Drive operational enhancements and promote innovative security solutions.
* Monitor programme effectiveness and champion continuous learning.
If you are ready to lead from the front, shape the future of security services, and create a lasting legacy within a newly established PMO, we want to hear from you.
