Why this role exists
Inbound is rising. You’ll qualify demand across our three pillars (AUTONOMY / OPS / CAPITAL), create first meetings, and learn a tight discovery motion.
What you’ll do (first 90 days)
• Learn the motion: scripts, objections, qualification (weeks 1-2)
• Run multichannel outreach: LinkedIn voice/video notes & email (No cold calling, we automate it)
• Qualify inbound from content/events; book SQLs
• Keep clean CRM notes; update pipeline and next steps daily
• Shadow founder calls; progress to running discovery in 12-16 weeks
Must-haves
• Clear written English; confident on camera/voice
• Organised, coachable, financially driven, competitive; comfortable with numbers
• Ability to hold a confident but friendly conversation with anyone. We are not looking for someone
with extensive sales training.
Nice-to-haves
• Any SDR experience sales; basic CRM exposure.
Compensation & benefits
• £30,000-£35,000 base + OTE £50,000-£60,000 (uncapped, realistic)
• Learning stipend, home-office budget, MacBook
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays; pension
• Remote-first; travel covered for team days
• Clear path to SDR - AE as you hit targets
