We are expanding the IT Projects team. We are hiring a curious and adaptable System Engineer. You gain experience across infrastructure, development, cybersecurity, ERP systems, business intelligence, and integrations. You receive close support and hands on mentoring.

The role: You work within a collaborative IT Projects team. You balance core IT support with project work across systems and development.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver 2nd and 3rd line IT support
* Support infrastructure and core systems
* Work with developers on internal applications
* Learn and apply cybersecurity practices
* Support Power BI and reporting
* Assist with ERP, WMS, and system integrations
* Take part in a paid on call rota

You'll bring:
* Around 2 to 3 years experience in IT support, infrastructure.
* Clear interest in technology and development

Nice to have, not essential
* Exposure to SQL, .NET, Azure or Power BI
* Experience with ERP or WMS platforms
* Any experience with APIs or integrations
