Care & Carers has been set up by care professionals with many years of experience in running successful family businesses. We have a genuine understanding of the difficulties experienced by those receiving care and their families, and we are committed to providing ethical, user-friendly care. We believe our carers and staff are our champions.
Our Mission Statement
Our goal is to provide individuals with high-quality, safe, and efficient domiciliary care and home support. We have a thorough grasp of our clients' requirements, are aware of the difficulties they and their families encounter in locating high-quality care, and are dedicated to making a positive difference in their lives.
We have a strong understanding of linked care technologies and aim to use them to reduce the risks associated with home care services while also making it easier for our clients and their families to participate in the planning of their care.
We are committed to operating with environmental sustainability in mind, reducing waste where possible and encouraging eco-friendly practices in our offices and care delivery.
We recognise that the contribution of our Care Workers and office team will be critical to our success. Therefore, we aim to build a community of well-paid, well-supported, and highly skilled Care Workers
