Oakburn Samuel is working with a family‑run care home provider who are looking for a Home Manager for a newly acquired care home in East Yorkshire. They are looking for a strong, commercially aware leader who can run the day to day operations. The owner is very hands on, so there will be support, but open to new and innovative ideas to improve service for the residents. This is an ideal opportunity for an innovative leader looking for a home with more autonomy and less red tape to get things done. Salary negotiable, dependent on experience plus other great benefits.
Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day operations of the care home
* Provide commercial leadership and ensure high standards of resident care
* Collaborate with the owner who offers support while enabling autonomous decision-making
* Drive service improvements and innovative approaches to enhance resident experience
Qualifications
* Commercially aware leader with experience in care home management
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Ability to implement and oversee processes with a focus on quality care and regulatory compliance
