We are offering a basic salary of £26,780 per annum plus company benefits. The General Duties Of The Role Processing of invoices for work completed. Liaising with credit control to assist with the payment of invoices and debt control. Managing live job cards and Bodyshop work in progress. Reception cover including answering phone calls, email enquiries and supporting handovers Liaising with customers to discuss the progress of work. Assist with processing of purchase invoices. Assist with ordering and stock control. General administrative tasks within the department Assist with updating systems. For this role, it is essential that you have strong experience in administration and a strong customer service background. We are looking for a pro-active team member and someone who enjoys taking initiative to support the Bodyshop. For this role, these can include us verifying your recent employment, address and credit history. We may also conduct a criminal record check and a driving licence check.
