About The Role
As a Registered Nurse at HC-One, you will build on your existing skill set in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision making and collaborative skills. You will make a difference to Residents who may be vulnerable, guiding and supporting them in life-changing decisions. We’re seeking nurses who enjoy working in care homes and forming genuine, lasting connections with Residents and families. This role reflects the heart of nursing—combining clinical expertise with person-centred care.

About You
Requirements and expectations include:
* Registered Nurse with at least 12 months’ experience in Health or Social Care
* Valid NMC PIN
* Commitment to professional standards and practice
* Willingness to mentor and share knowledge with colleagues
* Ability to provide supervision and assessment support to students
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to advocate for a person-centred approach to care
* Understanding safeguarding and reporting responsibilities; attendance at safeguarding training as appropriate
