The Role of Sales Advisor
* Speaking to existing and new customers, from domestic customers to large accounts customers.
* Securing orders and inputting them onto our system via a phone call or an email.
* Using product knowledge to upsell all other services/products applicable to a particular job.
* Receiving and responding to emails.
* Creating and following up on quotes that have been sent out to customers.
* Taking payment details and processing the payment.
* Dealing with customer enquiries and queries.
* Daily admin tasks.
The Ideal Sales Advisor
* Confident communicator both over the phone and when compiling emails.
* Sales experience in an office environment.
* Attention to detail, to ensure accuracy of information being put into the system.
* Passionate and driven to provide the best customer experience possible.
* Reliable, flexible, and adaptable.
* Ability to remain calm and patient when under pressure.

Hours
Working hours are 9 hours each day, which includes an hour’s unpaid lunch break, on varying shift patterns between 7.00 to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (ie 7 am to 4 pm, 7.30 am to 4.30 pm, 8 am to 5 pm, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm), and Saturday mornings from 8.00 am to 12.00 pm on a rota basis (usually one in nine).
