We operate in the EU, UK, and other international markets, with over 480,000 claims processed for clients from 221 countries, and a 4.7-star rating from over 25,000 reviews. We operate in 21 languages and plan to expand further, aiming for 1 million claims by the end of 2026.

* Experience with legal automation and process standardization.
Responsibilities:
* Represent AirAdvisor legally in the UK, handle claims, and assist in setting up a law firm if feasible.
* Manage pre-court collections and file batches of claims monthly against airlines for EU261, Montreal Convention, and other relevant claims.
* Respond to airline defenses, enforce judgments, and negotiate settlements.
* Maintain case files, conduct legal research, and stay updated on relevant laws and precedents.
* Advocate for passenger rights publicly and within the industry.
* Support legal process automation and identify new business opportunities.
* Engage with media and public relations to promote consumer rights awareness.
We offer:
* Remote-first culture with flexible hours.
