Full Ownership | Sales-Driven | High-Impact Role | mandatory on-site in UK (any city) We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven leader to take full ownership of our UK operations. This is a senior commercial role for someone who knows how to build and lead – not just teams, but entire markets. As Country Leader, you'll be responsible for launching, growing, and managing all aspects of our UK presence, with a strong focus on sales, business development, and execution. You’ll have the autonomy to shape strategy and the accountability to deliver results. This is more than just a management role, it’s about ownership. What You’ll Do: Own the P&L and full performance of the UK market Lead all commercial activities: sales, partnerships, channel development, and key accounts Build and scale operations from the ground up, including hiring and team leadership Develop and execute a sales-driven market entry and growth strategy Report directly to group leadership and collaborate with central teams on product, marketing, and operations What You Bring: Proven track record in sales leadership, business development, or commercial general management Experience owning and growing a market, region, or business unit Strong leadership and decision-making skills, you’re not afraid to take the reins Background in tech, digital services, SaaS, health, or care sectors is a plus, but not required Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Entrepreneurial mindset: you act like an owner and move with purpose Why This Role?
