Requirements:
* Education: A degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent experience is required.

* Aircraft Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with aircraft systems operation and key performance parameters is necessary.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills are required for system and aircraft performance analysis.
* Engineering Tools: Proficiency in logical and mathematical engineering tools such as SysML, Matlab/Simulink, and Cameo System Modeller is necessary.
* MBSE Principles: Understanding of MBSE principles and toolsets is essential for this role.
