About The Role
As a key member of the Learning & Development (L&D) team, you’ll play an essential role in shaping the learning experience across the business. Working alongside the Head of L&D Consultancy with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and stakeholder engagement, and the Head of Digital Content with the design and delivery of content.
You’ll be instrumental in developing engaging learning solutions that empower Partners and Employees to grow their skills, knowledge, and commercial acumen.
