Employment Type: Full-Time Hours ¦ Hybrid Work Model ¦ 12 Month FTC to start January 2026
Your Responsibilites:
* Steer and optimize the local category regarding the fulfillment of market share, turnover & profitability targets
* Define, budget and coordinate category-specific marketing & sales activities in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders (internally & externally)
* Prepare and support local product launches within the category
* Develop category-specific best practices and establish knowledge exchange
* Have an entrepreneurial, positive and problem solving mindset
Your Profile:
* Proven experience in a category managing or commercial trading role.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Experience in using data and insights to inform decisions and steer strategy.
* Strong stakeholder management skills up to C level.
* Strong PC skills including but not limited to excel and power Bi.
