General Operative / Labourer needed for a busy Concrete/Screed delivery firm based near Wentbridge, Kirk Smeaton, Pontefract.
Minimum age required 18 years due to insurance reasons
Job Description
* Travelling around Yorkshire and surrounding areas in a HGV/Van with a driver delivering and laying Screed to customers houses, building sites and Commercial Properties.
* Assisting the driver in loading the machines.
* Assisting drivers to maintain equipment when on quiet days in the yard.
* Keeping our yards / depots clean and tidy.
* All training and uniform will be given
In addition to the £12.21 ph hr. We are giving an "Attendance Bonus" of £25.00 for Monday – Friday and £30 Monday to Saturday subject to:-
1. Full attendance on all rostered days including Saturdays.
2. Full and correct uniform to be worn at all times.
3. No lateness or other disciplinary issues.
Previous Construction Labouring or concreting/Screed experience an advantage.
A valid Car Driving licence is preferred for this role.
If you have less than 6 Points on your licence, it would be an advantage
