Gross OTE salary package: Circa £36,000 (incl. share of tronc/serv.chge+target led bonus)
Weekly working hours/days: up to 48 hours / 5 days (tbc)

Your Role
Your role involves skillful preparation of complex Tandoori dishes and specialties specific to the regional theme of the establishment and its menus. You will be responsible for a series of kitchen operational duties commensurate with the job role, including training and supervising of Commi Chefs and other junior kitchen staff, and assist in the company's impending apprenticeship scheme.
Minimum Requirements
* Eligibility to live and work in the UK
* Experience in the preparation of authentic high quality Tandoori dishes & specialties
* Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation
* Industrial training in a world-renowned culinary/hospitality institute
* Ideal previous experience of at least 3 years in role
* Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
* Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
