Project Manager – Building & Maintenance Works
Location: Office & Site Based (approx. 60/40 split)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 DOE + travel to and from sites paid

We are working with a growing construction and maintenance contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager due to a strong and expanding pipeline of work. The business operates across a large portfolio where you would be responsible for a total of circa 50 clients, delivering building and maintenance projects valued up to £300k. This is a great opportunity to join a young, energetic team with clear workload and long-term stability.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple smaller works projects from inception through to completion. You will be office and site based, working closely with the wider delivery team.
Key responsibilities include:
End-to-end management of building and maintenance projects up to £300k
Managing programmes, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
Reporting into the senior management team and contributing to project planning
Candidate Profile
Ideally from a trade background
Strong building construction experience, with maintenance experience highly advantageous
Previous Project Manager experience preferred, particularly on smaller works
Experience working for or alongside high-end residential or maintenance contractors
Candidates from competitor businesses such as Size Group or LP are of particular interest
