Recruitment Co-ordinator at UCS College Group
The post-holder will be passionate and dedicated and versatile math teachers who is committed to developing the numeracy skills of learners at GCSE Foundation/Level 2 Functional Skills in a supportive and inclusive 16+ environment. The ideal candidates will have excellent subject knowledge and experience of working with a diverse range of students including those with SEN and SEMH needs and be flexible in your approach to adapt to the various levels and needs of learners.
Responsibilities
* The post-holder will be motivated and enthusiastic and a strong team player who strives to deliver the best possible outcomes for our learners by maximising their potential to make positive progress towards timely success.
* You will be part of a dedicated Maths and English team responsible for providing a tailored learning experience that meets individual needs and supports learners to achieve their qualification goals.
* You will work closely with students who may require additional support, ensuring an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Qualifications/Experience
* Excellent subject knowledge and experience of working with a diverse range of students including those with SEN and SEMH needs
* Flexible in your approach to adapt to the various levels and needs of learners
* Strong team player who is motivated and enthusiastic to deliver the best possible outcomes for learners
