Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Apprentice Hospitality staff. Duties
* Assist with the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene
* Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
* Support the team in setting up event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations as required
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all areas, including dining spaces, kitchens, and service stations
* Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt delivery to guests
* Handle basic administrative tasks such as taking reservations or managing stock levels under supervision
* Follow health and safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe environment for colleagues and guests
* Support other team members during busy periods or special events as needed
Experience
* No prior experience necessary; full training will be provided to develop essential skills in hospitality service
* A friendly attitude with a genuine interest in delivering excellent guest experiences is highly desirable
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential
* Basic organisational skills and attention to detail will support success in this role
* Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are most important
