Shift Pattern - 5 from 7 shifts on a rota 6am to 2pm or 10am to 6pm

As an International Planner, you’ll be at the heart of a fast-paced, data-driven operation, ensuring parcels flow seamlessly across borders. From forecasting volumes to optimising network performance, you’ll play a key role in driving service excellence and influencing critical decisions across our international network.
Working across both day and night shifts, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners, using data insights to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and keep our network running at peak performance. Responsibilities
* Analyse data, forecast volumes, and monitor performance across the international network
* Support end-to-end planning from International Gateway through to hub processing
* Produce daily, weekly, and monthly performance and planning reports
* Collaborate with commercial teams and stakeholders to optimise transport and hub operations
* Identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities to enhance service quality
* Lead and contribute to network calls, escalating issues and driving solutions

* Experience in a similar planning, logistics, or analytical role
* Strong understanding of data analysis and forecasting techniques
* Advanced Excel skills (SQL/VBA desirable) and familiarity with BI/MI/SAP systems
* Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
