What you’ll be doing Delivering engaging, multi-sensory lessons tailored to individual learning needs Creating practical, creative learning experiences that help students thrive Supporting pupils to develop important everyday life skills and independence Using ICT and assistive technology to boost communication and engagement Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues Adapting your teaching style throughout the day to meet sensory and emotional needs Working closely with a supportive team who genuinely care about each other and the pupils they support Encouraging progress in learning, behaviour, confidence, and communication, however big or small the steps may be What they’re looking for QTS or QTLS Experience working within a primary or SEND setting Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills A calm, flexible, and caring approach Someone who believes every child deserves the chance to shine ECTs are very welcome to apply.
