Program Details:
* Duration: Two-year graduate development programme starting September 2025
* Engagement with the Ibec Academy, accredited by TU Dublin
* Professional Diploma in Leadership and Competence

Key Responsibilities:
* Learn & understand operation and maintenance of mobile and fixed plant and equipment

* Coordinate maintenance and upgrade operations under management guidance
* Communicate effectively with employees and contractors
Candidate Requirements:
* Relevant third-level qualification in Electrical / Building Services / Automation Engineering or similar
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Clean driving license
* Good interpersonal skills
* Proactive, organized, results-driven, and self-motivated
* Knowledge of electrical codes and standards
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to meet strict deadlines
* Strong computer literacy skills
* Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar (training provided if needed)
