We’re hiring a Legionella Risk Assessor/Service Technician to join our team at Zeta Services. You will be responsible for carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments in line with HSG274 Part 2 requirements, alongside delivering a full range of Water Hygiene services including temperature monitoring, sampling, and system maintenance in accordance with ACOP L8 guidelines. Your role will ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery to clients while supporting the operational objectives of the business. You’ll be conducting client visits across industrial and commercial sites throughout the Southwest District, with travel required as part of the role. This is a field-based position and would suit candidates who are comfortable working independently across multiple sites while maintaining high standards of service delivery. This is a hands-on, multi-functional role within our business where you’ll play a key part, requiring initiative, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Here’s a look at some of the things you’ll be doing: Carry out Legionella Risk Assessments in line with HSG274 Part 2 and ACOP L8 requirements across domestic water systems. Perform water temperature testing, flushing, and sampling to ensure compliance with industry standards Complete showerhead cleaning, TMV servicing, and tank inspections/cleaning. Undertake closed system sampling and analysis, as well as swimming pool sampling where required Maintain accurate electronic records and reporting of all service activities Work closely with management and internal teams to meet operational and compliance requirements Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety and company policies while maintaining a professional approach on client sites Can you show experience in some of these areas: Minimum 2 years’ experience within the Water Hygiene industry Legionella Risk Assessment qualification such as City & Guilds or Water Management Society (WMSoc). Experience delivering both Water Hygiene services and Legionella Risk Assessments Strong organisation, communication, and time management skills.
