Responsibilities
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation and management
* Maintain organised records and files, ensuring easy retrieval of information
* Assist with administrative duties, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
* Process transactions using QuickBooks as needed
* Support team members with clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential for this role
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
* Administrative experience with a focus on organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
* Typing skills with a high level of accuracy required
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus, but not mandatory
* Previous clerical experience will be advantageous
