Location: Independent School, North West London (HA6 area)
Dates: Wednesday 29th & Thursday 30th October 2025
Hours: 9am–3pm each day (12 hours total)
Pay: £25–£35 per hour (depending on experience)

This October, we are running our Confidence & Communication Academy with an independent school in North West London. We're looking for a dynamic facilitator to bring it to life.

The Role
You will be the lead facilitator for the 2-day workshop. Educo will provide the structure, resources, and on-site support — your role is to bring energy, presence, and connection.
* Lead group sessions on confidence, resilience, and communication.
* Guide students to prepare and deliver a 2-minute showcase speech.
* Create an empowering, engaging environment that students will remember long after the workshop ends.
What We're Looking For
* Must be available in person on 29th & 30th October 2025 (North West London).
* Background in drama, public speaking, teaching, or youth coaching.
* Experience with students aged 11–14.
* High-energy, engaging style, you can hold the room and inspire.
* Reliable, professional, and passionate about youth development.
