Location: Sky, No 4 Capital Quarter, Tyndall Street, Cardiff CF10 4BQ
Salary: £26,428 per annum
Start date: 8th June 2026
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week (Working 3, 4 or 5 days between the hours of 8:30am – 8pm including evenings and weekends)
What You’ll Do
* Handle inbound calls from existing customers considering cancelling all or part of their Sky subscription.
* Build strong connections through engaging conversations to understand their needs, address any concerns, and ensure they are offered the most suitable package.
* Work in a target-based environment.
* Work 37.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday with varied shift patterns. Your set shift will be allocated at the offer stage; preferences taken into account wherever possible. When customers need us most, you may work up to 5 hours extra per week (max 10 times per year) and bank this time to take back as extra time off.
Training and Development
We provide a comprehensive 7-week training program that includes classroom-based sessions, Academy live customer call practice, and face‑to‑face instruction. No holidays are taken during this period.

Where You’ll Work
Your base site will be in Cardiff; you’ll be joining a close-knit team. We operate a hybrid working pattern that allows colleagues to work from office and home for part of the week.
