Housing Maintenance & Construction Specialist, carrying out multi trade works in a professional manner. Contracts are Basildon & surround area’s. Multi Trade property maintenance carpentry works.
The Role
1. Hanging doors
2. Fixing skirting
3. All related carpentry maintenance works
4. Minor wet trades / plumbing
Skills & Experience
5. Level 2 NVQ (REQUIRED)
6. Full UK Drivers License
7. Social Housing experience preferred
8. Relevant industry qualifications
