Great opportunity to work 2 days per week on Thursdays and Fridays (15 hours per week)
This would be a great opportunity for someone who has a passion or interest in working for an established not-for-profit organisation and is looking for a long-term role where they can be part of a team. We are looking for a proactive and friendly individual to join our established team as an administrator. You will be based at our Bolton Office. The role is part-time and part of a job share to work 9.00am to 5.00 pm.
Our newly refurbished offices are located on Manchester Road, Bolton, with very good public transport links and free on site car parking. We would consider school time hours between 9.15 and 3.00pm pm for interested applicants however applicants would need to be prepared to cover annual leave on a job share basis ( Monday- Wednesday) when required.
As an Administrator your role will involve:
• Payroll processing
• Assisting managers with general administration and minute taking
• Assisting with local newsletters
• Answering queries and liaising with managers to ensure rotas are covered
We are looking for a candidate that has a bright, positive approach with excellent communication skills; a clear telephone manner; strong organisational skills; experience with Excel and minute taking. Alongside this we are looking for candidates with a high standard of customer care, with a warm and friendly manner.
