Compliance Administrator
Working Hours 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday
Contract Type 12 Months fixed Term
Location Lytham St Annes
The purpose of this role is to support the Compliance Team in the onboarding of customers,
ensuring we remain compliant to relevant legislation as per our agreed processes and
procedures
* Support with the administration of the central onboarding processes to ensure that
all customers are onboarded in a timely but compliant manner.
* Carry out the necessary ID, Right to Work (RTW) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
checks for our customers, ensuring that any concerns with results received are
escalated appropriately.
* Process Contract documents for our customers, ensuring that the correct steps are
followed depending on the document received.
* Liaise with other departments and customers (including agencies, contractors, and
clients) to ensure the efficient and compliant processing of our customer's
onboarding.
