Role Details
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Temp to Perm (12-week probation)
Schedule Options:
Full-Time: Monday to Friday
Part-Time: Wednesday to Friday

Salary: Competitive and based on experience
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting students with a range of SEN needs in class and small groups
Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored interventions
Encouraging independence, confidence, and emotional well-being
Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
What We're Looking For
Experience working with SEN children in a school or care setting
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
Strong communication skills and a team mindset
Relevant training or qualifications in SEN (desirable but not essential)
