Kitchen Supervisor/Chef
Part time, 27.5 hours per week
Term time, 36 weeks per annum
£14,715 per annum (£24,748 pro rata)

Who are we looking for?
Burton and South Derbyshire College are seeking to appoint a Chef/Cook who will help & support the day to day commercial running of the food outlet at its main campus.
Working as part of a team your main responsibilities will be:
* To prepare & cook breakfast & lunch within time constraints
* Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and general storage
* To ensure deliveries are stored correctly in a timely manner
* To comply with policies in respect of health, safety and environmental management at work, and to ensure the highest standards of kitchen practice and hygiene
* Help & support the smooth running of the commercial food hub at Burton South Derbyshire College
Applicants should be qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths. Evidence of qualifications is required.
