Customer Service Executive (CERM)
Our client is an independently owned, award-winning, progressive printing company that continually invests in the latest equipment to expand their capabilities. They produce high-quality self-adhesive labels and flexible packaging for a diverse range of customers, from small local producers to large blue-chip clients.
They are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their team and support the company's growth during an exciting development phase. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, be technically competent, PC literate, and familiar with CERM software or able to learn it quickly.
* Dealing with queries via phone and Teams.
* Providing quotations to customers.
* Inputting and processing orders.
* Managing your own account base.
* Performing administrative and clerical duties.
* Occasional face-to-face client visits when required.
* Building the client base.
Key Skills:
* Good organisational skills.
* Technical competence.
* Proficiency in numeracy and spreadsheet use.
* Attention to detail and ability to understand design/artwork.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Commercial awareness.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Experience with flexo or digital printing/packaging is a plus but not essential.
* Experience with CERM MIS software is advantageous.
