Teaching Personnel are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and reliable SEN and SEMH Learning Support Assistants to join our partner schools immediately. Roles & Responsibilities:
Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with a range of SEN and SEMH needs
Assisting teachers with tailored learning activities and behaviour support
Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
Supporting pupils in managing emotions, building confidence, and developing independence
Working collaboratively with school staff, parents, and external agencies
We’re Looking For:
Experience supporting SEN and/or SEMH pupils (school, care, or similar settings)
Resilience, patience, and a nurturing approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to commit to full-time, ongoing work
Availability to start ASAP

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
