Key responsibilities:
As Waiting Staff, you’ll be responsible for delivering a refined and memorable guest experience, including:
7. Delivering professional, personalised fine-dining service
8. Taking accurate food and wine orders and explaining menus and specials
9. Serving food and beverages using correct fine-dining techniques
10. Supervising and supporting junior service staff
11. Coordinating with the kitchen, bar, and sommelier
12. Maintaining high standards of presentation, hygiene, and etiquette
13. Handling guest requests and complaints discreetly
14. Upselling premium dishes and wine pairings
15. Assisting with billing and end-of-service duties

16. Proven fine-dining or luxury hospitality experience as a Waiter or Waitress
