Experience and Skills:
* Experience in care such as adult LD, SEN education, medical or nursing care, elderly care, or working with vulnerable people is essential.
* Natural caring, flexibility, and resilience.
* Passionate about supporting children to lead happy lives.
* Physically able to lift and use hoists; manual handling is part of the role.
* Great communication skills; positive and energetic.
* Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
* Flexible working, including shifts and sleep-ins, is required.
Salary and Hours:
Starting from £13.60 per hour plus an additional £62.64 per sleep-in.
Part-time, 16-24 hours per week, with shift patterns including long days and sleep-ins.
Personal care responsibilities are part of this role. A full UK driver's license is required.
