Medical Negligence Paralegal
Location: Blackburn
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (Flexible hours and hybrid working arrangement available)
Salary: From £25,000+ DOE

The Role
* As part of the Medical Negligence team, you will play a key role in supporting clients through sensitive and complex claims while gaining valuable hands-on legal experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with the management of a caseload of medical negligence matters
* Supporting senior fee earners on a variety of ongoing cases
* Drafting correspondence and legal documentation
* Reviewing and analysing medical records and evidence
* Liaising with clients, medical experts, and third parties
* Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
You will ideally have:
* Previous experience within a legal environment (preferred but not essential)
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
* Confident communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive attitude and willingness to develop professionally
