My client is an established main contractor based in Kent, due to continued growth due to bespoke tenders and multiple framework projects, they require a Contracts Manager with experience in fit out and refurbishment projects.
They work in multiple construction sectors and the successful Contracts Manager will need experience in managing multiple Health care, Retail and Commercial Projects simultaneously
Over 95% of projects will be based in Kent meaning that overnight stays and excessively long journeys will only be needed on the odd occasion
Salary will is negotiable, however, it will likely be in the range of £60,000 - £70,000 + car allowance and package.
