Ensures system accuracy, compliance with UK regulations, and alignment with internal policies. Work closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT teams to enhance system functionality, resolve issues, and maintain data integrity across key HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure and maintain Workday modules for UK Payroll, Expenses, Compensation, and Benefits.
* Ensure compliance with UK legislation (e.g. HMRC reporting, PAYE, pensions).
* Support compensation cycles, benefits enrolment, and expense workflows.
* Generate reports and provide data insights for HR and leadership teams.
* Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support and training.
* Document configurations and maintain audit-ready records.
* Identify and implement process improvements; support Workday updates and testing cycles.
